I MADE A MISTAKE. I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER IN PROGRESS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

It depends on the status of your order. If your order is already at the stage where its status is "Currently being processed", then it is not possible for us to modify the order.  For further questions pertaining to this matter, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and your product(s) references via email: info@guumland.com
 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCEPTED?

After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address.

 

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY CORRECT SIZE FOR CLOTHING?

We strongly urge our customers to check the size of each item under descriptions before adding to the cart. 


WHAT IS PAY PER DELIVERY?

When you choose, "Pay Per Delivery" during check out, it means you will pay the delivery fee when you receive the parcel via sf express pick-up points / ef-lockers. So when you check out, you'll see that the shipping fee is free.

 

ARE THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCT ACCURATELY DISPLAYED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Guumland.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
